That's a big call but it's true!
The skills, tools and resources The Anxiety Busting Course trains you in don't just support you to manage, minimise and even overcome anxiety but continue to improve your quality of life in the long term.
You rewire your mind and retrain your body to exist from a place of healthy calm through a series of simple exercises. Developing this new foundational state supports positive change in all areas of your life.
Each week for six weeks, there's one session that goes for a maximum of 2 hours. Each session has three sections based on the three main foundations of the course.
These three foundations are all proven to be effective in dealing with anxiety and when applied simultaneously, are incredibly effective.
The activities are simple, safe and surprisingly enjoyable!
This experiential course trains you in the use of a range of effective tools and provides valuable resources, all of which support you in moving beyond your anxiety experience.
You get to try each of the tools and resources, then pick and choose which ones work best for you. From here, you have your very own personalised kit of tools and resources that you know work for you.
They rapidly create the healthy new foundations that underscore your life, replacing anxiety with calm, creativity and positive productivity.
And you live the improvement, enjoying your experience of life getting better every day!
Aside from the course fee and engaging in the weekly session (plus having on hand a few basic items listed below), all that is required of you is your commitment to practising the coursework in your own time – at least half an hour of dedicated time daily between each session.
The work is easy, enjoyable and effective. It's all totally do-able. And this stuff really works but only if you do it!

The Anxiety Busting Course

Live 2-hour sessions are available to individuals and small groups and can be conducted in person or via secure video conferencing.
Session fees for individuals are $120 per session or $600 for six sessions paid up front.
Make an up-front financial commitment to six sessions and get one of them free.
Session fees for small groups start at a maximum of $90 per person per session.
Session fees for larger groups are negotiable. Get in touch for larger group fees.

How the
Anxiety Busting Course came about...
This course came about spontaneously in response to my own incredible success in overcoming my personal anxiety experience.
What I did worked so well, I felt compelled to share it with others.
That was a few years ago now and I am delighted to say that I not only got rid of my anxiety, I continue to love my life more every day.
On reflection, I can see that I had been enduring low grade anxiety for as far back as I can remember. Throughout a very traumatic period in my life, my anxiety escalated. It persisted beyond the traumatic time, until my experience of it was so consistent that I had forgotten what it was to live without it. I guess that's why I didn't even realise that's what was going on. It had been a kind of coping mechanism but the truth is it was doing me no favours. In fact, it was doing the opposite.
Strangely enough, it wasn't until I found myself in a place and time in my life where I actually had all my bases covered - stable loving home, no financial worries, time and space to do my work, beautiful surrounds, always my loving friends and family – that I reached the breaking point.
I literally had nothing to worry about but all I did was worry. I was skitchy and jumpy and paranoid, not sleeping properly, not eating properly, suffering from headaches and lethargy and an upset stomach, I was causing trouble in my relationships, imagining scenarios that simply didn't exist.
My life that appeared so lovely from the outside was unbearable inside my mind and body. When I finally saw what I was doing to myself, I was shocked but also grateful because my awareness allowed me to make a choice to change.
I made the choice and, thankfully, I was equipped to make the change.
The course I embarked on was simple and natural and enjoyable. And wonderfully effective, as I noticed pretty much immediately.
I began adopting practices from my counselling training and others that I'd picked up along the way. I started with one daily focus practice for the first week, then added another each week.
Within six weeks I had made a complete change within my mind and body, a change that was reflected in my new improved experience of life. And as I mentioned earlier, years on, I am anxiety free and loving life more every day.
My experience with overcoming my anxiety has brought me so much contentment and satisfaction and has so drastically improved my quality of life, that it brings me great joy to share this course with others, that they too may live the fullness of their lives with peace and contentment.

If you’re tired of living with anxiety and you’re ready to take simple, straightforward steps to support you in managing, minimising or even overcoming anxiety, you’ve come to the right place.
Anxiety is something that affects many people and unfortunately, the numbers of people who suffer from anxiety and anxiety disorders are on the rise. This is not any great wonder, considering the myriad bizarre and unsupportive ways we humans live our lives.
