In this coaching program, you are guided and supported through the content of the Anxiety Busting Course. It’s a six-week program that involves one 2-hour (maximum) session a week.
During this simple process you are supported to identify just exactly how and why your anxiety experience manifests. You also learn skills and gain tools and resources that will have you experiencing positive results within a matter of days.
The tools are introduced gradually and gently, one or two at a time, and are surprisingly easy and enjoyable to use. Practice using the initial tools forms strong foundations from which to explore subsequent tools.
You get to have a go at each of these tools and to select from them which ones work best for you, creating your own personal toolkit of anxiety busting resources.
The great thing about the simple and natural tools, skills and resources covered in the course is that they don’t just support the management, minimisation and even overcoming of anxiety. When you adopt them into your lifestyle and daily rhythm, which, again, can be surprisingly easy to do, they become foundations for a life that is naturally healthier and happier on every level.
