Personal
Coaching and Counselling

The list of personal 'stuff' we can chose to work with in coaching and counselling sessions is long and varied. Our stuff may stem from instances in our infancy, early childhood, or any point in our lives, including now.

While we don't always know where our stuff comes from, we are often all too familiar with how it plays out in our current and historical patterns of behaviour. When it's playing out in ways that aren't helping us, or worse, damaging us, we want to change things and make our lives better.

When the desire to make the change is strong enough, anything is possible with the right techniques and tools. When I say the right ones, I mean the right ones for you. There are many different things that work. Together, we can choose from a host of resources those that work best for you.

That's why I refer to my work as coaching and counselling. An approach that combines appropriate therapeutic practices of counselling with the tools and psychological technology of coaching proves to be a remarkably powerful mix.

With this approach we are able to unveil and unravel what lies beneath the surface and then effectively address it with a clear path, roadmap and toolkit to reach the desired goals and outcomes. If this sounds like what you're looking for, get in touch to book a free 15-minute consultation.

Other stuff that this kind of approach can be helpful for is the kind of life stuff that just happens along the way. Life is full of twists and turns, trails and tribulations. We have the resources to handle many of these on our own, or with the support of our family, friends and peers. Some of them need a little extra support, an informed perspective and additional tools and resources.

If you feel like you're in one of these times, reach out and get the support that will see you handle the situation with grace and resilience and have you come out the other side with the best possible outcome and a cache of new personal resources.
